Course Description
If you are ready to sit your first intermediate level exam for German, then this course is for you. This course is also perfect for those who want to gain Swiss citizenship and need to prove that they have B1-level speaking skills or for your C-permit.
In this course, you will progress from a basic to an independent user of German and you will be able to deal with most daily situations in German by the end of the course through our speaking-based method. Your experienced teacher will not only help you to improve your language skills, but also to develop strategies for tackling the different parts of the exam efficiently and accurately.
Our classes are very small (3-5 people). This small size means your teacher can adapt to you and any special requirements you may have. Just ask your teacher. This course will cover all parts of the exam: reading comprehension, listening comprehension, language elements (vocabulary and grammar), writing and, naturally, VOX’s specialty, speaking. Through repetition of exam-like exercises in class, working through the exam will be a breeze by the end.

i am very satisfied with their services. Professional approach of the teacher Alexander resulted in first fluent German conversations! I will continue my journey to the next level.
Learning language at your own pace in friendly environment. Very good teachers with excellent management. Small groups so that teachers are more focused on individuals. What else to say, im really impressed with the learning culture here.
Ich bin sehr froh, meinen Kurs bei VOX zu machen, sehr dynamisch und mit viel Konversation. (Translated by Google) I am very happy to do my course at VOX, very dynamic and with a lot of conversation.
VOX Sprachschule and their teachers (shout out to Priska who has been my tutor) have always ensured that the courses I have taken were tailored to my needs, with focus on the areas that were most important to me, and always at times that suit me well. This has helped my German and Swiss German language skills tremendously.
(Translated by Google) I took the A1 module with Professor Yana and it is certainly the best of all!! The school's method is very busy, which means it's not for everyone, but with Yana's classes twice a week, I felt very encouraged to speak the language (German), in addition to her teaching skills being excellent. All teachers have linguistic knowledge.
Had such a good experience with VOX. I e-mailed them very last-minute and they were able to get me in to lessons extremely quickly and were very prompt in their replies. My teacher, Isabelle, has been amazing - I have progressed extremely quickly under her guidance, and have had a great deal of fun doing it. I would wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend her and VOX.
(Translated by Google) I wanted to learn French and took 20 hours of private lessons with Mr. Sebastien. Very nice, understanding and took things slowly. The administration took very good care of your new arrivals. They called me after the first week to see how I was doing. I once gave a 4-star rating and 1 day later the administration called me directly to ask what was missing or how they could help. Overall, I was very satisfied with Mr. Sebastien and the VOX administration team. When I have more time again, I would like to continue my lessons.
They are best in their profession!!!
I did the online Zoom VOX German A1 course and I am glad I did. I learned a lot from the course and despite my initial reservations in paying to do the course I am very glad I did because I learned a lot more this way. The teacher Alice was excellent throughout and always on hand to help out; she explained things clearly and was lways open to questions . What I thought was very good was she emails us the lesson in a pdf after the lesson and I have the 24 lessons we did and I can easily go back through the material easily again. When I am ready, I will do my A2 with Vox again and hopefully the same teacher, Alice.
I was surprised myself how fast I made progress with my language skills. Very professional teachers teach at VOX, who know their field very well.
... Bonjour !! I did my private french course here. Teacher Mikaela was so kind and I learned a lots from her not only french language but also daily life situation. Owner and administration team was amazing took care and was flexible. I thinking about continue my class in the future. ... If you are looking for language school in The heart of Zurich, I'm highly recommend.
I recently completed a Russian course at VOX, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The professionalism and organization of the school are truly recommendable. My teacher, Tatiana, played a pivotal role in making the learning journey not only effective but also enjoyable. Her teaching style is incredibly pedagogic, and she has a knack for breaking down complex topics into digestible, memorable lessons. The classes were not just informative but also engaging, making it easy for me to grasp challenging concepts in a fun and interactive manner. I would wholeheartedly recommend this school to anyone looking to learn a language, and, of course, Tatiana as an exceptional instructor!
