Review from my partner Kathleen Izzat I do feel that I am moving towards my goals with this language course and there is enough speaking practice. The lessons are interesting and Priska is very friendly and patient, often encouraging the students to find or to work out the correct answer by ourselves initially, then using help from co-students before stepping in to assist and advise. We are given plenty of relevant, everyday examples of the language in use and are supported well when we try to use German to describe our own experiences and thoughts. Looking back through the course book I can see that the new information being provided very cleverly flows throughout each chapter, as well as from chapter to chapter - it’s a well written course book. I would however, as a memory aid, prefer the book to be more colourful (for example, as in Hueber’s Schritte plus series) but that’s just my own preference. It’s not a problem though and it forces me to make my own notes, but that does take up a lot of home time on this intensive course. Overall though I am very pleased with this course

All of us in the group really vibe with her and learn with pleasure and smiles. My German has improved drastically and I am more confident to speak now. I am so glad that I ended up with Evgeniya as my German teacher! Her lessons were really clear, very well structured and prepared, and thoughtfully tailored to my level and goals. She has an incredible way of explaining things and guiding me to understand my mistakes when speaking—I also particularly loved the warm-up poem readings and tongue twisters! Her patience, encouragement, and deep knowledge made a huge difference in my learning progress, especially when you’re learning a challenging language like German. I didn’t have the best experience when I first started—group classes and the first teacher just weren’t a good fit for me—but once I was switched to individual lessons with Evgeniya, everything changed for the better! Our experience with VOX Language School has been nothing short of amazing. We enrolled for an A2 German course in February and it was the best decision we made. Tri, our teacher has been super patient, always asking us for feedback and constantly adjusting the course to our level and needs. He has provided us with a lot of resources to practice German, on top of the book and I really enjoy his teaching method. The communication with everyone at the school has been great! I would recommend this school to anyone looking to learn a new language or improve their current level.
