I’ve really enjoyed the intensive A2 German course. The teacher is super important for motivation and encouragement, and it’s been great. I’ve had a patient and engaging teacher, the class is small (5 students), the level among students is pretty even, there’s a lot of homework, but the dedication is up to you, no negativity. I have loved everything about this Sprachschule, from the structure, to the teacher, to the administration. They are very quick at responding, very kind, and efficient. I have been in contact with different staff members, Ekaterina and Maria, and they have both been amazing. I have tried other schools before but I felt confident to start speaking in Vox-Sprachschule lessons. I really took advantage of the learning time trying to comunicate in German. That was possible thanks to Polina, an amazing teacher, super dinamic, with strong focus on speaking and without loosing the joy and fun while learning. Also the school is very flexible to attend students needs. Unspected, i needed to change shifts and there was an option so they solved it really fast. I had a fantastic experience learning with Lise Schaller and Sara Alves Penteado, both in-person and online for my A2 and B1 packages. Both teachers are very friendly and always make you feel comfortable. Each lesson is well-planned, curated, and offers high value for money. Sara teaches online and her notes are very clear, organised and easy to follow. Both teachers draw and use color-coding, which makes the concepts very easy to understand. I am currently doing a B2 German course with 3 other students online. All the other courses I have done in other schools have been in much larger groups. I feel that the course is more tailored to us as individuals and I’m learning more as a result. Agi is an excellent teacher! She explains everything clearly, allows us to practise and corrects our mistakes without destroying confidence. This has been perfect for me as a refresher course but you would have to be motivated to do extra homework if everything were new as the speed is quite fast. I am finally getting to grips with cases and am slowly learning to speak with fewer grammatical errors. I would highly recommend Vox to those who want to learn quickly and want to improve their speaking ability.
