As someone with learning difficulties I find languages very difficult. I have private lessons in person and Fabian, my teacher, has helped so much in all aspects of my German. I have been going to vox from A2 High German to C1. After this course it was important for me to integrate more into the Swiss German language. I started taking private courses in swiss German and after a couple months I am starting to speak and type in swiss German to my colleagues at work which has brought about a positive impact in all of our relationships. My initial goal, even in A2, was to integrate better into swiss culture and I feel much more accepted when I try to speak swiss German even when it's not perfect. The language is not easy, but I have really enjoyed learning and practicing with my colleagues and friends. With the private tutor I am able to be very flexible with my schedule. If I have business trips we skip a week, or we can move days around as required. So overall I have had a very great and positive experience at Vox and have already recommended to 4 of my friends who are also expats to take the same courses.
