I'm currently taking an in-person German class with Lise, and the experience has been excellent. Lise is an amazing teacher—very supportive and always brings a lot of energy to the lessons. We have a lot of fun while learning, and I've gained so much from her classes. She uses a wide range of materials, including articles, special notes, and videos, which keeps things interesting and interactive. I highly recommend her as a teacher!

My wife and I took online private lessons at Vox. Our sole aim was to pass the B1 Goethe test in all modules. Yvonne Vogt was our teacher and she was simply brilliant! Yvonne ordered the right materials for us starting from the textbooks to exercises to model exams. She even conducted mock exams for us on the hearing and speaking modules. Our Goethe-Zertifikat A2 preparation courses are perfect for those who already have a basic command of German (completed A1) and want to build on their knowledge in order to sit the Goethe A2 exam, for example Non-EU nationals who need to show that their German skills are A2 level to obtain a Swiss C-permit. The Goethe-Zertifikat A2 is officially accepted for this purpose. In order to pass the exam, it is vital to not only have the required language skills, but also to be familiar with the exam itself. This exam preparation course will cover all parts of the exam: reading, listening, writing and speaking.
At VOX, we believe in the importance of speaking since language is first and foremost a tool of oral communication. In small groups (3-5 students), your teacher will help you improve your German skills to the appropriate level and will encourage you to speak with confidence. In addition to improving your German, your experienced teacher will guide you through all sections of the exam and give you tips so you will be fully prepared. Our small groups ensure you receive enough attention and teachers are able to directly respond to your individual needs.
