VOX is not the cheapest language school in Zurich, but the quality makes it worth the price. The teachers (such as Joline) are well-qualified and kind, and the small class size and mindful composition is much appreciated. Their administration has also been swiftly responsive to any scheduling or other issues raised.

She has an incredible way of explaining things and guiding me to understand my mistakes when speaking—I also particularly loved the warm-up poem readings and tongue twisters! Her patience, encouragement, and deep knowledge made a huge difference in my learning progress, especially when you’re learning a challenging language like German. I didn’t have the best experience when I first started—group classes and the first teacher just weren’t a good fit for me—but once I was switched to individual lessons with Evgeniya, everything changed for the better! I felt motivated, supported, and today feel like I truly progressed with my B2 level. The lessons are very methodical and well planned. The instructor is well prepared and thorough. I learned in a very warm and supportive environment that Sophie offered to us. I am very satisfied with the course, , the instructor, the schedule and the curriculum.
The teachers are very competent (in my case Daniel and Marion) and the secretariat is very helpful and friendly. The school seems to be more expensive than others, but it is not because you will learn quickly.

Amazing experience with VOX completing A1 course in Deutsch. The teacher Joline was incredible, I would give 10 stars if I could. She is extremely patient, supportive, and always creates a comfortable learning environment where it feels safe to make mistakes and ask questions. Her lessons are well-structured, engaging, and tailored to my level and learning goals. What I appreciated most is how clearly she explains grammar and provide practical examples that make it easier to understand and remember. She also really encourages speaking practice, which helped me gain confidence and improve my standard that much faster. Overall, I highly recommend this teacher to anyone looking for a professional, motivating, and friendly German language instructor.
