My French teacher, Ms. Houria Merrad, was very professional and always encouraged me to keep going, even when things got difficult – with great success. I would gladly go back! Frau Houria Merrad meine Französisch Lehrerin war sehr professionel und hat mich auch wenns schwierig wurde - stehts aufgemuntert weiterzumachen - mit vollem Erfolg. Immer wieder gerne!

Vox have been really great ever since my first contact and communication with them. Lilli was really great about helping me to find the right course and get everything set up. I have taken private German lessons with Elly and she has been an amazing teacher. I've never been good at learning languages, she is patient and encouraging, but also gently pushes me to outperform my own expectations and keep my learning moving along. I'm really grateful.

My 14 year old daughter Sophia had great 1:1 lessons for a week before beginning a small group course for a month. The teachers were great and really helped improve her German!

The highest score for the teacher we had, Valentina Carlini. Thanks to his professionalism and kindness, even German is more fun. Despite being an expensive course with teachers like her, it is worth it. I would recommend her 100%.

At first, I only wanted to see if there were any Street View images of the Central Polybahn (the funicular station platform). By chance, I clicked on this page and discovered something really fun. I have to say—it's incredibly creative! Even though I live far away in Asia, I still find this so refreshing and delightful. Truly a wonderful idea! I'm just someone who enjoys browsing Google Street View. I actually just wanted to see if there were any pictures of the Central Polybahn platform—and then I stumbled across this. It's really funny and super creative! Even though I live far away in Asia, I find it totally refreshing and somehow really beautiful. Great experience. Followed the B1 German course during Corona time and I am impressed by the flexibility of the school and the teacher Priska. The general quality of the course is very good and very personal. Priska is a great teacher - and will definitely recommend her and Vox schule! Thanks! Pieter Laban

I had a fantastic experience with these French classes! Marcella was an incredible teacher—patient, engaging, and encouraging. The staff were also super helpful and accommodating, making the whole process seamless. Highly recommend!

I initially selected VOX from among a handful of recommended language schools in Zurich because of its broad course offering. But I’ve stayed with VOX because of my incredible teacher, Isabelle. She took me from having absolutely zero knowledge of the German language to passing my A1 exam (which I needed as a condition of my visa to remain in Switzerland) in three months during our small group A1 course (which covered all of A1 and included supplementary test prep material). After completing this group course, I have continued taking individual lessons with Isabelle, completing A2, and am currently working through B1. I would highly recommend VOX, especially Isabelle – she is incredibly professional, has a very effective teaching method, and is patient but also knows when to push you ahead.

They are best in their profession!!!

I’m currently doing the super intensive A1 German course at VOX in Winterthur, and I’ve had a really great experience so far. A special thank you to our teacher, Olga Chincholle, who has been amazing throughout the course. She explains everything very clearly, is patient and engaging, and has made what could be quite an intense course genuinely enjoyable. We are also a very small class of just four students, which I find to be a huge advantage. It gives everyone plenty of opportunities to participate, ask questions, practise speaking, and get individual attention from the teacher. I feel like I’m learning a lot in a short amount of time, and I’m really happy with the progress I’ve made. The combination of the intensive format, small class size, and Olga’s teaching style has made it a really positive learning experience. I’m very happy with my experience at VOX and am looking forward to continuing with A2 in the same super intensive format. I would definitely recommend the course!

Due to my move, the course duration was unfortunately limited to eight weeks—otherwise, I would have gladly continued! Durch den Wohnortwechsel war die Kurszeit leider auf 8 Wochen beschränkt - sonst hätte ich gerne weitergemacht!
