Had such a good experience with VOX. I e-mailed them very last-minute and they were able to get me in to lessons extremely quickly and were very prompt in their replies. My teacher, Isabelle, has been amazing - I have progressed extremely quickly under her guidance, and have had a great deal of fun doing it. I have just completed A1 German intensive with Ruben and I have to say, it really makes a difference when you have a teacher who is truly passionate about what they are teaching. The course felt well organised and I felt comfortable making mistakes (lots of them!) I was really happy and satisfied with the German course at VOX. In the beginning, they were very supportive in selecting the right location and dates suitable for me to start the course. I joined a group of 5 people. Elly is the best teacher I ever had. She was preparing for all courses really carefully, always figuring out new ways of teaching and learning by different activities, which made the courses very interesting and enjoyable. At the same time, we were improving quickly. VOX is taking students' feedback very seriously in order to enhance their services. I can only recommend to learn a language here.

I have been going to vox from A2 High German to C1. After this course it was important for me to integrate more into the Swiss German language. I started taking private courses in swiss German and after a couple months I am starting to speak and type in swiss German to my colleagues at work which has brought about a positive impact in all of our relationships. My initial goal, even in A2, was to integrate better into swiss culture and I feel much more accepted when I try to speak swiss German even when it's not perfect. The language is not easy, but I have really enjoyed learning and practicing with my colleagues and friends. With the private tutor I am able to be very flexible with my schedule. If I have business trips we skip a week, or we can move days around as required. So overall I have had a very great and positive experience at Vox and have already recommended to 4 of my friends who are also expats to take the same courses.

I've been having an A1 German class with Yelyzaveta Berezovska for the past 3 months. Elly is an amazing teacher—her methods are so effective, and she’s incredibly patient. I like how she gamifies a lot of the exercises, making learning really fun and engaging. She’s always on top of everyone’s progress and is super conscious about where we all are with our knowledge. I love how she has a great way of pushing us to flex our brain muscles by encouraging us to use what we already know to mimic real-life situations as much as possible. After every class, I genuinely feel like I am making progress.

I took the online classes and I’m extremely satisfied with the way the classes are organised. Would highly recommend Nora Wilhelm as a teacher.
