I am now in the process of completing the third program with this school and wanted to share my unsolicited feedback publicly. The school offers a proper placement test in German that significantnly helps with the choice of program. The programs are well designed and priced at Zürich market standards. The sales team is excellent and although the support team could be more diligent they address concerns respectfully and considerately. My last comment goes to the teachers. This profession is exceptionally difficult yet each of them delivers to the best of their abilities ; of course, some are also exceptional and I will be eternally grateful for sharing their wisdom with me. Side note: the marketing video is enthusiastic and funny, although somehow heroic, and therefore, perhaps dated. This is a private enterprise. Still running a school remains an invaluable public function and its success is a lucky collective effort. Perhaps a more collective show might have been more representative of the overall operation :) I warmly recommend the school if you want to learn German.

The lessons are interesting and Priska is very friendly and patient, often encouraging the students to find or to work out the correct answer by ourselves initially, then using help from co-students before stepping in to assist and advise. We are given plenty of relevant, everyday examples of the language in use and are supported well when we try to use German to describe our own experiences and thoughts. Looking back through the course book I can see that the new information being provided very cleverly flows throughout each chapter, as well as from chapter to chapter - it’s a well written course book. I would however, as a memory aid, prefer the book to be more colourful (for example, as in Hueber’s Schritte plus series) but that’s just my own preference. It’s not a problem though and it forces me to make my own notes, but that does take up a lot of home time on this intensive course. Overall though I am very pleased with this course
