The sales team is excellent and although the support team could be more diligent they address concerns respectfully and considerately. My last comment goes to the teachers. This profession is exceptionally difficult yet each of them delivers to the best of their abilities ; of course, some are also exceptional and I will be eternally grateful for sharing their wisdom with me. Side note: the marketing video is enthusiastic and funny, although somehow heroic, and therefore, perhaps dated. This is a private enterprise. Still running a school remains an invaluable public function and its success is a lucky collective effort. Perhaps a more collective show might have been more representative of the overall operation :) I warmly recommend the school if you want to learn German.
