I just finished my A2 course and I’m starting my B1 course today. VOX Schule is the best language school in town!! The location is very convenient. The class sizes are small and manageable. For the price you can get great discounts. The teachers are very professional and organised Shoutout to the best teacher Mr. Ruben. He’s very respectful and compassionate. His lessons were entertaining, informative and engaging. He made sure that every student understands. My German has greatly improved. Mr. Ruben Thank you so much for your great work. Thank you VOX and Ms. Aida for your help and guidance in getting the information about the courses, scheduling and the application process. It was such a great learning experience and I look forward to learning more and growing confident in speaking German.

My wife and I took online private lessons at Vox. Our sole aim was to pass the B1 Goethe test in all modules. Yvonne Vogt was our teacher and she was simply brilliant! Yvonne ordered the right materials for us starting from the textbooks to exercises to model exams. She even conducted mock exams for us on the hearing and speaking modules. Both my wife and I passed all modules with high scores. Thank you Yvonne and Vox!

I've worked for VOX for more than two years now. The best thing, among others, is probably a highly motivated team. Every single person here works hard and always tries to improve, including the back office, teachers and the owners of the school who work so hard themselves to offer high quality and well organized courses with personal care. I took B1 course and the atmosphere was really good and our teacher was very kind. I enjoyed this class very much. Small group worked very good to me.

I am currently learning Norwegian and I have to say this school is the best. My teacher, Kirsten, has a lot of patience and she explains everything good and clear. I am satisfied with the course ( couldn’t be better organised - full flexibility ). I would definitely recommend it.

I feel that I am moving towards my goals, and that Priska is a great teacher. I get plenty of speaking practice, which is super. Priska makes sure that I Get the necessary grammatical exercises, and she is great at explaining the grammatical rules.

High recommendation for VOX-Sprachschule. Everything from the begging, from application to the scheduling the classes and alignment on all the steps are perfectly organized. The classes are always on time, teachers well prepared and school really pays attention to all the details. I took German A1 and A2 courses and teachers Franciska and Philip after were amazing . Going beyond the limits, explaining all in details and really encourage me and the other attendee of the course to go further and give our best. I took German lessons with Ruben. Although I was only able to attend the lessons for a short time, I think I made significant progress. Ruben was very supportive and made the class enjoyable and efficient. He helped me a lot to adapt to the class and constantly tried to adapt the course to everyone's needs.

I highly recommend taking your German classes at VOX. And even more so I recommend requesting Alexander Lips as your teacher. Over the last year or so I've taken a few classes with Alexander (B1, B2, C1) and I've waited to make a review as I've been gate keeping his greatness. He is the best language instructor I've ever had and the most passionate. It is hard to stay motivated to study a language and it's hard to attend an evening course after work. But this isn't the case in Alexander's class. His expertise is inspiring. The course was completely tailored to our goals and our motivations. We explored poetry, books and presentations, all of which was frankly fun and enriching. We learned grammar, practiced speaking and reading, all while learning about history and art. I can also say I've read two books in German now which is super satisfying and it also gives me more to talk about to my friends in German. If anything I wish I had more time to learn and take advantage of Alexander's great instruction. Another very unique skill of Alexander's is his deep understanding of etymology and applying the skill to make words stick in your mind. He can break down words into components to then make connections to others words, languages, history, or stories. He shows the patterns to look for to do the same. There are words I'll never forget because he took the time to really give us the depth of the word. Such a talent to have! Huge thank you to VOX for such great organization and a huge thank you to Alexander for all the work and care he puts in his instruction. So, if you've read to here you should really go register already for a course!

VOX Sprachschule and their teachers (shout out to Priska who has been my tutor) have always ensured that the courses I have taken were tailored to my needs, with focus on the areas that were most important to me, and always at times that suit me well. This has helped my German and Swiss German language skills tremendously.
