The schools is very accommodating of my schedule and preferences. Overall it has been a great experience. I am very happy with my classes with Natalie. She strikes the right balance between grammar and speaking practice. She takes my feedback into consideration and I very much enjoy the learning experience. Very personal service, good organization and high quality of the lessons, even if they were taught online. We covered a whole level within one course and I noticed the difference right away in real life conversations!!! Within a few weeks I was able to refresh all the knowledge I already had and actively build on this, which is exactly what my goal was! The lessons were in a small group, which is very nice as you meet new people and can practice together, but the group is still small enough to get personal attention. There is a very good balance between speaking, grammar and vocabulary in every lesson. As part of the course you get a book that is okay (I would like some more grammar explanation in the book, it is mostly exercises), however there are a lot of good exercises that we were not able to cover all during the course, which allows you to keep practicing even after the course. What I appreciated most is the tips from the teacher about common phrases and swiss terms, that only a native speaker can tell you and you definitelly do not get through platforms like DuoLingo that I was using before! All with all definitely very happy I joined the course :)

(Original) Les cours chez Vox sont vraiment intéressants et ludiques. On y apprend et parle beaucoup, ce qui aide énormément à s'habituer au langage. Franciska est très sympathique et ses leçons sont toujours bien préparées, et comprennent toujours des exercices variés et amusants. Et l'école est tout près de la gare, ce qui est pratique (10mn à pied, 5mn en courant, peut-être moins si vous êtes très athlétique).

Ruben has been an outstanding teacher
For my experience as student pf multiple Languages in multiple countries I find the quality of VOX really outstanding. I had 2 different teachers and they were both very very good and prepared.
The school is perfectly located for cars or public transport, the administration does their best to accommodate your preferences. My teacher is competent in teaching and also preparing and understanding the structure and grading for exams.

Our Goethe-Zertifikat A2 preparation courses are perfect for those who already have a basic command of German (completed A1) and want to build on their knowledge in order to sit the Goethe A2 exam, for example Non-EU nationals who need to show that their German skills are A2 level to obtain a Swiss C-permit. The Goethe-Zertifikat A2 is officially accepted for this purpose. In order to pass the exam, it is vital to not only have the required language skills, but also to be familiar with the exam itself. This exam preparation course will cover all parts of the exam: reading, listening, writing and speaking.
At VOX, we believe in the importance of speaking since language is first and foremost a tool of oral communication. In small groups (3-5 students), your teacher will help you improve your German skills to the appropriate level and will encourage you to speak with confidence. In addition to improving your German, your experienced teacher will guide you through all sections of the exam and give you tips so you will be fully prepared. Our small groups ensure you receive enough attention and teachers are able to directly respond to your individual needs.
