She is professional, patient, explains well and makes lessons as interesting and fun as possible for all. We had a group of four that gave all of us plenty of time to practice and ask questions. I took a month long intensive B1 German course at VOX and it was the best experience I have had so far in my German learning! The class was small and personalised in a very convenient location in downtown Zurich. My teacher, Suzannah Higgs, was knowledgable, engaging and truly cared about my progression. I really noticed a difference in my level of comprehension and speech by the end of the course. I couldn't recommend it enough!
