Course Description
If you are ready to sit your first intermediate level exam for German, then this course is for you. This course is also perfect for those who want to gain Swiss citizenship and need to prove that they have B1-level speaking skills or for your C-permit.
In this course, you will progress from a basic to an independent user of German and you will be able to deal with most daily situations in German by the end of the course through our speaking-based method. Your experienced teacher will not only help you to improve your language skills, but also to develop strategies for tackling the different parts of the exam efficiently and accurately.
Our classes are very small (3-5 people). This small size means your teacher can adapt to you and any special requirements you may have. Just ask your teacher. This course will cover all parts of the exam: reading comprehension, listening comprehension, language elements (vocabulary and grammar), writing and, naturally, VOX’s specialty, speaking. Through repetition of exam-like exercises in class, working through the exam will be a breeze by the end.

(Translated by Google) I really liked the A1 French language course; the process and topics were very helpful for me. My teacher was Ruben, he explained everything very well and always responded very well to the chess passages that I was learning. You could also tell that Ruben has an absolute passion for languages. I would take another course at Vox at any time.
I just completed another great course for advanced German language learners. The course was tailored exactly to my needs with ample opportunity to talk and build vocabulary in so many different topics and themes. Our teacher Solange Morel was excellent. She made the class interesting, helping us build our oral, reading and listening skills. She also picked up the grammar areas where we needed a refresher and wove that skillfully in the lessons. Thank you Vox and Solange for the great experience. Looking forward to the next course.
Took a 1-1 course to prepare for the German C1 exam and I passed. Teacher Larissa was encouraging the whole time.
Though the price is higher than many other schools, the smaller class sizes and high quality of teachers make it worth it! The course scheduling is flexible and fits my working schedule well. Each teacher is different but I have had only good experiences in my A2 and B1 courses. Teachers are happy to receive feedback to help you learn in the way that is best for you.
(Translated by Google) I took the A1 module with Professor Yana and it is certainly the best of all!! The school's method is very busy, which means it's not for everyone, but with Yana's classes twice a week, I felt very encouraged to speak the language (German), in addition to her teaching skills being great. All teachers have linguistic knowledge.
Really excellent experience - the teacher was totally up to speed on what I needed to do and delivered a targeted programme to help me develop my skills. Thoroughly enjoyable as well!
(Translated by Google) The courses at Vox are really interesting and fun. You learn and talk a lot there, which helps a lot to get used to the language. Franciska is very friendly and her lessons are always well prepared, and always include varied and fun exercises. And the school is very close to the station, which is practical (10 minutes on foot, 5 minutes by running, maybe less if you are very athletic).
(Translated by Google) I had a really good experience with VOX language school, I attended a B2 English course to prepare for Cambridge First. My teacher (Tatiana) did an excellent job. The lessons were in small groups, which I really liked. In addition to the homework for the course, she also gave me homework to prepare for the exam, which I thought was very good. I will definitely take a course at VOX again greetings Nils (Original) Ich habe wirklich gute Erfahrung gemacht mit VOX-Sprachschule, ich besuchte einen B2 Englisch Kurs, um mich auf das Cambridge First vorzubereiten. Meine Lehrerin (Tatiana) machte einen ausgezeichneten Job. Der Unterricht fand in kleinen Gruppen statt, was mir wirklich sehr gefiel. Neben den Hausaufgaben des Kurses gab sie mir auch noch Hausaufgaben für die Prüfungsvorbereitung, was ich sehr gut fand. Ich werde sicher wieder einmal einen Kurs bei VOX besuchen gruss Nils
I really appreciated to learn at Vox-Sprachschule. Learning in small groups is far more efficient and motivating compared to big groups where the levels of the students are too differents. The organisation was very flexible and fund great solutions to fit both mine and the school interests. They were very reactive against corona situation. I really recommend this school and my great teachers Cedric and Kristina.
I have done the C1 course with the teacher named Tatiana. I would gladly recommend it. Right from the beginning she studied carefully my case and prepared a course fitting perfectly to my needs. I am quiet satisfied with the outcome.
Perfect location and very good teachers. I am 11 Months with VOX now
High recommendation for VOX-Sprachschule. Everything from the begging, from application to the scheduling the classes and alignment on all the steps are perfectly organized. The classes are always on time, teachers well prepared and school really pays attention to all the details. I took German A1 and A2 courses and teachers Franciska and Philip after were amazing . Going beyond the limits, explaining all in details and really encourage me and the other attendee of the course to go further and give our best. Highly recommended this school and thanks for all support and effort that you are putting into learning of the languages.
