Great place to learn German. The teachers and the admin team do a great job of creating a very personalised experience. May seem expensive at first sight but you should consider that Vox do one level (A1, A2 etc.) as one course, rather than dividing a level into 3 courses as other schools do.

I began my journey of learning German at VOX-Sprachschule Winterthur at the A2 level, and it has been an incredible experience. The school has well-structured courses and thoughtfully prepared materials that supported my learning at every step. I noticed significant progress in my skills almost immediately, which motivated me to continue with confidence and aim for the B2 level in the future. The administrative team was extremely responsive to any questions, whether communicated via telephone or email. Our teacher, Daniel Margiotta, was exceptional—humble, professional, and assertive in his teaching approach. I truly appreciate his dedication and the effort he put into making the lessons engaging and effective. I am deeply grateful for his support and would highly recommend VOX-Sprachschule to anyone looking to improve their German.

I have had an excellent experience during my B2 German course with VOX. Yana is an incredible teacher, she is really encouraging and patient and my German has improved more than I ever could have hoped! Yana made sure that every lesson was tailored towards my needs and really went above and beyond in making sure I was always getting the most out of the course and our lessons - can't thank her enough!!

I was learning English with the level A2-B1. I had good experiences with this school. My teacher was Tatiana. She is very professional and organized. Tatiana always sensed what exactly I need to improve my knowledge of the language. She is an excellent teacher. No question was left unanswered:) I'm really happy that I had such a good teacher. I attented other courses before and left without progress. This investion was worth it. This location is easily accessible from the HB Zürich.

I just finished my A2 course and I’m starting my B1 course today. VOX Schule is the best language school in town!! The location is very convenient. The class sizes are small and manageable. I am so glad that I ended up with Evgeniya as my German teacher! Her lessons were really clear, very well structured and prepared, and thoughtfully tailored to my level and goals. She has an incredible way of explaining things and guiding me to understand my mistakes when speaking—I also particularly loved the warm-up poem readings and tongue twisters! Her patience, encouragement, and deep knowledge made a huge difference in my learning progress, especially when you’re learning a challenging language like German. I didn’t have the best experience when I first started—group classes and the first teacher just weren’t a good fit for me—but once I was switched to individual lessons with Evgeniya, everything changed for the better! I felt motivated, supported, and today feel like I truly progressed with my B2 level.
