In 2022, I had a great experience in VOX-Sprachschule while doing a german course for 1 month. A small group was so good for learning and our teacher was great at teaching and very friendly.
Great school, I definitely recommend it !
(Translated by Google) A unique school where teaching is fun! I particularly appreciate the focus on speaking and the small class sizes. Every student truly has a voice here. I'm delighted to be part of the Vox team.
I took an online conversational German course with Timo Schenk, and was very pleased with his casual and flexible approach to the course!
I did the online Zoom VOX German A1 course and I am glad I did. I learned a lot from the course and despite my initial reservations in paying to do the course I am very glad I did because I learned a lot more this way. The teacher Alice was excellent throughout and always on hand to help out; she explained things clearly and was lways open to questions . What I thought was very good was she emails us the lesson in a pdf after the lesson and I have the 24 lessons we did and I can easily go back through the material easily again. When I am ready, I will do my A2 with Vox again and hopefully the same teacher, Alice.
The best of its kind in Zürich - if not Switzerland! Amazing staff.
Vox Language School has an amazing philosophy when it comes to teaching and language learning. The students are in the centre of attention and their needs and wants are focused on with empathy and interest. The whole team is warm and welcoming and as a teacher I especially appreciate the recognition from my students and boss. I can definitely recommend this school to anyone - students and teachers!
(Translated by Google) I'm satisfied with the course. I liked the flexibility most. I hope I'm close enough to my goal to pass the C1 exam. I can't think of anything you could have done better. So, thumbs up! Deshalb: Daumen hoch!!
(Translated by Google) I really like VOX!😍Especially our teacher - Priska!🫶🏻 It's very easy to learn a new language at this school because there's not just learning the rules, but also lots of speaking practice. After two months, I feel comfortable speaking German with native speakers. Every class is incredibly interesting and informative because we discuss many entertaining topics and learn a lot about the language.
I had the chance to try two different German schools in Zurich, each with its own pricing and approach. Although both were good in their respective segments, I found Vox especially impressive for its pleasant learning environment and excellent facilities. From the start, I was supported by Maria, who made my onboarding smooth and welcoming. Later, I had the privilege of learning with Professor Alexander, who truly goes above and beyond for his students. He makes learning fun and engaging, adapting his methods to ensure everyone understands. What really stood out to me about this school is that you genuinely feel they care about their students and are not just running a business. For example, there were times I couldn’t attend class, and Alexander kindly offered one-on-one sessions to help me keep up with my classmates. Overall, I highly recommend Vox to anyone looking for a supportive, student-focused German learning experience in Zurich.
(Translated by Google) The teacher, Tanya, is very kind, understanding, flexible, and skilled at conveying information; I was never bored during the class. (Original) Die Lehrerin, Tanya, ist sehr nett, verständnisvoll, flexibel und geschickt in der Vermittlung von Informationen, mir war während des Unterrichts nie langweilig.
Really excellent experience - the teacher was totally up to speed on what I needed to do and delivered a targeted programme to help me develop my skills. Thoroughly enjoyable as well!

Many people struggle to learn English online because the distance between teacher and student is greater than in the physical world. At VOX-Sprachschule, we have developed a methodology that allows you to actively participate in each lesson so that you can overcome the challenges of physical distance inherent in online courses.
Speaking is the most natural function of language. If we compare learning languages to learning an instrument, the key to success is practice - practicing playing or, in the case of languages, speaking. Once the connections between your brain and the muscles responsible for speech are established, you can create beautifully sounding sentences. At VOX-Sprachschule, you will learn to speak actively - understanding, reading, and writing will follow.
