I have just completed A1 German intensive with Ruben and I have to say, it really makes a difference when you have a teacher who is truly passionate about what they are teaching. After living about 10 years in Switzerland and having tried many different language schools, i have finally found a place to hone my German and Swiss German skills. Quite logical teaching method appeals to human brain memorization mechanisms, making language learning so natural, as it used to be with oneself's mother tongue in childhood time. I did B2 German course and I absolutely recommend it. The course with Agnieszka has been amazing! Aga's teaching style is fantastic and she always manages to make learning pleasant and fun. I definitely improved my grammar skills which was what I was hoping for. One of my favorite parts is that Aga always uses examples from real life so I could implement what I had learned in the very same evening during conversations with my friends and family. That boosts motivation a lot. Plus the more 'dramatic' expressions (such as: dieser Zug ist abgefahren, hier hört der Spass auf) make it easier to remember and are fun to use afterwards. We were often asked what we would like to do more so I can't say anything was missing. I really wouldn't know how to improve the course, it was already above my expectations :)

I decided to join VOX-Sprachschule because of the positive Google reviews and word-of-mouth recommendations, and I was not disappointed. I have previously studied in multiple other schools in Zürich, but this experience was by far the best. The school is worth the investment. I took a C1 course three times a week for two hours each session over the span of two months. I particularly appreciated the small class sizes, which allowed each of us to receive more individual attention and ample opportunity to ask questions. My teacher was Björn, whom I had previously encountered at another school, and I was very pleased to learn that he had joined VOX-Sprachschule and would be our instructor. In my opinion, Björn is an excellent and highly professional teacher. He is the best German teacher I have ever had! His teaching techniques are unique and easy to understand, and he is very tech-savvy. He also shared valuable insights on how to master the C1 test, having previously been involved in evaluating the test himself.
