For professional reasons, I enrolled in the course with a ''private'' teacher, Joline. My goal was to be able to erase some mistakes I kept repeating and to hone my skills in dative and accusative. I did the online Zoom VOX German A1 course and I am glad I did. I learned a lot from the course and despite my initial reservations in paying to do the course I am very glad I did because I learned a lot more this way. The teacher Alice was excellent throughout and always on hand to help out; she explained things clearly and was lways open to questions . What I thought was very good was she emails us the lesson in a pdf after the lesson and I have the 24 lessons we did and I can easily go back through the material easily again. When I am ready, I will do my A2 with Vox again and hopefully the same teacher, Alice.
I'm currently doing a B1 online German group course and so far the experience has been really great. The teacher (Yulia) is very professional, is fully prepared for each class, makes things interesting by mixing teaching content (text book, youtube videos, poem listening) and most importantly encourages us to speak, speak, speak!
