I am currently in the A2 German course at VOX. I am extremely happy with their services. The class I am in has 4 people which makes each lesson feel like private or semi-private. My teacher Isabelle is fantastic. She pushes us to only speak in German throughout the lesson which I can tell has boosted my grammar and speaking abilities. She makes each class interactive by explaining the theory and then letting us put it into practice, there is a lot of emphasis on speaking. I honestly have to say I’m truly satisfied by the course you are providing. Cristina is a highly professional teacher and she really cares about our improvements. She is always at your disposal for any request and despite the limited time available she does manage to organize the lessons in order to cover both theory and practice. In addition, I think there is a perfect balancing of homework load, always with a view to the achievements of the objectives required to prepare for the A1 exam.
My learning experience at Vox Sprach Schule with Mr. Björn as my teacher has been extremely positive to date. Within a short timeframe, I have increased my knowledge towards new vocabulary and gained a good understanding of constructing the German grammar. As a result, I am more confident to communicate in public. Equally, I understand more of what I read and hear too. Mr. Björn is always very well prepared, organised and focused. His teaching style is methodical and presented with a lot of attention to detail. He provides me a wide range of solutions, “tips and tricks” to memorise new words, alternative words, and explains different ways on how to best apply them. He does a lot of repetition and provides a lot of examples in the class to make sure that I have thoroughly understood the syllables before moving on to the next lesson. Above all, he does extensive helpful notes which are customised and prepared simultaneously during each class. I receive these notes shortly after every class, and they help me to study at home. The atmosphere in the class is very friendly and comfortable. Although I was nervous at first, I am very relaxed with my learning experience and look forward to attend each class with much enthusiasm. Vox Sprach Schule is very well located and maintained to high standards. The administration team has been extremely helpful and flexible towards accommodating my requests in order to ensure my learning experience is productive.
