I had the chance to try two different German schools in Zurich, each with its own pricing and approach. Although both were good in their respective segments, I found Vox especially impressive for its pleasant learning environment and excellent facilities. Later, I had the privilege of learning with Professor Alexander, who truly goes above and beyond for his students. He makes learning fun and engaging, adapting his methods to ensure everyone understands. For example, there were times I couldn’t attend class, and Alexander kindly offered one-on-one sessions to help me keep up with my classmates. Great place to learn German. The teachers and the admin team do a great job of creating a very personalised experience. May seem expensive at first sight but you should consider that Vox do one level (A1, A2 etc.) as one course, rather than dividing a level into 3 courses as other schools do.
My experience with VOX was fantastic. I did a 2 month private online course with Isabel and I was amazed at how much I actually learned in such a short time. She is a very skilled teacher and the lessons were always relaxed and friendly. When I struggled with some of the concepts she was able to really explain the intricate details In an easy way that really helped me progress and really understand what I was learning. I will definitely continue on with VOX and Isabel, I highly recommend their services for learning German.
