I am finally learning grammar while also learning how to have some conversation apart from “Das Wetter ist gut”. I believe they have a good balance between grammar and conversation and a good pace. This was the second school I tried and I am learning a lot, but I would recommend having studied the very basics before.

Though the price is higher than many other schools, the smaller class sizes and high quality of teachers make it worth it! The course scheduling is flexible and fits my working schedule well. Each teacher is different but I have had only good experiences in my A2 and B1 courses. Teachers are happy to receive feedback to help you learn in the way that is best for you.

The school's own method used by all of its teachers focuses on pronunciation as well as on the vocabulary and grammar needed to be able to communicate within days of starting a course. This is further emphasized by the small size of the groups and the possibility of attending individual lessons, both of which allow the students' needs to be met. Working here is one of the best decisions I have made in my life so far. If you want or need to learn a language, this really is the place to go.

I enrolled in Intensive German class and it has been a good learning experience. Our teacher Ruben is great and teaches in a pace which is not too overwhelming as expected while learning a new language. I would highly recommend Ruben and Vox Sprachschule for learning German.

I had the chance to try two different German schools in Zurich, each with its own pricing and approach. Although both were good in their respective segments, I found Vox especially impressive for its pleasant learning environment and excellent facilities. I’ve had a great experience with my online German lessons, largely thanks to my teacher, Sara. She skillfully draws associations with other languages to ensure new concepts are easy to understand. The pace of the lessons is well balanced, and the homework is always relevant and helpful for reinforcing what we’ve covered. As I’m coming to the end of my current lesson package, I’ve already purchased another one, which says a lot about the quality of the teaching. This is the third time I’ve started learning German, and I genuinely feel that I’ve now found the right school and the right teacher to stay motivated, especially given how challenging the language can be. Sara is patient, insightful, and tech-savvy, and her notes are exceptionally neat and easy to follow, making revision straightforward. I highly recommend both VOX-Sprachschule and Sara to anyone looking to learn German.
