My learning experience at Vox Sprach Schule with Mr. Björn as my teacher has been extremely positive to date. Within a short timeframe, I have increased my knowledge towards new vocabulary and gained a good understanding of constructing the German grammar. As a result, I am more confident to communicate in public. Equally, I understand more of what I read and hear too. Mr. Björn is always very well prepared, organised and focused. His teaching style is methodical and presented with a lot of attention to detail. He provides me a wide range of solutions, “tips and tricks” to memorise new words, alternative words, and explains different ways on how to best apply them. He does a lot of repetition and provides a lot of examples in the class to make sure that I have thoroughly understood the syllables before moving on to the next lesson. Above all, he does extensive helpful notes which are customised and prepared simultaneously during each class. I receive these notes shortly after every class, and they help me to study at home. The atmosphere in the class is very friendly and comfortable. Although I was nervous at first, I am very relaxed with my learning experience and look forward to attend each class with much enthusiasm. Vox Sprach Schule is very well located and maintained to high standards. The administration team has been extremely helpful and flexible towards accommodating my requests in order to ensure my learning experience is productive. I sincerely appreciate, and thank Vox Sprach Schule for placing Mr. Björn as my German teacher as I gave progressed a lot under his guidance. This is an amazing experience ☺ I participated in german B2 and now on C1 level. My teacher, Priska, is very good at understanding individual strengths and needs and adapts the lesson accordingly, no matter if in a group or private lesson context. The tempo is intense with homework in between the lessons. The upside is the great progress that you feel which comes in a short period of time. The school is so great that it makes me want to continue studying more languages once I'm happy with my German ☺

I have been going to vox from A2 High German to C1. After this course it was important for me to integrate more into the Swiss German language. I started taking private courses in swiss German and after a couple months I am starting to speak and type in swiss German to my colleagues at work which has brought about a positive impact in all of our relationships. My initial goal, even in A2, was to integrate better into swiss culture and I feel much more accepted when I try to speak swiss German even when it's not perfect. The language is not easy, but I have really enjoyed learning and practicing with my colleagues and friends. With the private tutor I am able to be very flexible with my schedule. If I have business trips we skip a week, or we can move days around as required. So overall I have had a very great and positive experience at Vox and have already recommended to 4 of my friends who are also expats to take the same courses.

Really enjoyed my time studying at Vox with 'one to one' lessons. My schedule was somewhat hectic and Vox were extremely accommodating and organised individual lessons. The teacher, Florian Leu, was great and extremely patient with me. I really benefitted from my time spent at Vox and will certainly undertake more lessons.

I have loved everything about this Sprachschule, from the structure, to the teacher, to the administration. They are very quick at responding, very kind, and efficient. I have been in contact with different staff members, Ekaterina and Maria, and they have both been amazing.
