I did the online Zoom VOX German A1 course and I am glad I did. I learned a lot from the course and despite my initial reservations in paying to do the course I am very glad I did because I learned a lot more this way. The teacher Alice was excellent throughout and always on hand to help out; she explained things clearly and was lways open to questions . What I thought was very good was she emails us the lesson in a pdf after the lesson and I have the 24 lessons we did and I can easily go back through the material easily again. When I am ready, I will do my A2 with Vox again and hopefully the same teacher, Alice.

I have been going to vox from A2 High German to C1. After this course it was important for me to integrate more into the Swiss German language. I started taking private courses in swiss German and after a couple months I am starting to speak and type in swiss German to my colleagues at work which has brought about a positive impact in all of our relationships. My initial goal, even in A2, was to integrate better into swiss culture and I feel much more accepted when I try to speak swiss German even when it's not perfect. The language is not easy, but I have really enjoyed learning and practicing with my colleagues and friends. With the private tutor I am able to be very flexible with my schedule. If I have business trips we skip a week, or we can move days around as required. So overall I have had a very great and positive experience at Vox and have already recommended to 4 of my friends who are also expats to take the same courses.
I couldn't be happier with my A1 online German course with VOX! The team has been enormously professional and responsive, providing great support all through the course. And my instructor, Maria...WOW!! As a former educator, I've been extremely impressed by her level of knowledge AND her ability to explain every single question clearly and completely. Maria is a seriously talented German teacher--ask for her, though I'm sure VOX has a full team of great teachers to offer. FIVE GOLD STARS for my A1 German course with VOX. The best language school in Zürich. I took the German Goethe B1 for 1 year until September - and had success at the exams recently. Place and location superb, small group of classmates, a great teacher - Kathrine Spaar was knowledgeable, resourceful, kept us motivated and made the lessons interesting and fun(which is hard to do in German!). What made me though initially decide on this school was how open and flexible were to my special requests. I greatly appreciated that they continued to offer options and solutions to some personal issues I had during the course; every person I was in contact with was kind, responsive and eager to find a way to the best result - special kudos and thanXXX to Evgenia. I rarely had come along to this combination of skills and humanity, so it's a strong recommendation and good luck to your language journey @ VOX

I had the privilege to meet my teachers Kenny and Alex and learn German in a proactive and fun way. They inspired me to continously improve my german skills and not be afraid of speaking a new language.
