I am so glad that I ended up with Evgeniya as my German teacher! Her lessons were really clear, very well structured and prepared, and thoughtfully tailored to my level and goals. She has an incredible way of explaining things and guiding me to understand my mistakes when speaking—I also particularly loved the warm-up poem readings and tongue twisters! Her patience, encouragement, and deep knowledge made a huge difference in my learning progress, especially when you’re learning a challenging language like German. I didn’t have the best experience when I first started—group classes and the first teacher just weren’t a good fit for me—but once I was switched to individual lessons with Evgeniya, everything changed for the better! I felt motivated, supported, and today feel like I truly progressed with my B2 level. I am doing a german B-1 course. Our teacher Björn is very professional and maintains an excellent atmosphere in class. We are learning a lot and I would say that the course js very effective. Definitely recommend it and in particular Björn for german courses

Very small group class and lots of interaction with a teacher. It is great opportunity not only improving your language skills, but also communication skills and meet amazing people. Whenever you have questions you always can easily reach to your teacher. If you are looking for a lot of interaction in a class and would like to improve your communication skill, this is the best school for that!

I think I achieved my goals by doing a course with Felicity. I learned something new about learning as well, which I can apply in every studying subject. Great place to learn German. The teachers and the admin team do a great job of creating a very personalised experience. May seem expensive at first sight but you should consider that Vox do one level (A1, A2 etc.) as one course, rather than dividing a level into 3 courses as other schools do.

My experience with VOX has been overall very positive and I cannot stress enough how their format of teaching to a maximum of 4 people at a time helps students developing their linguistic skills faster: you have more time to speak, to ask questions and to interact with your co-students. Isabelle has been a fantastic teacher. I attended A1 and A2 German courses with her. She was always ready to help whenever I needed assistance and answered my questions super quickly every time. I am taking an A2 class and I can see that I am making good progress. The teacher (Yvonne) always comes to class well-prepared, and she explains things clearly. Our homework is corrected carefully with helpful comments. I also enjoy the small class size and the interactions with other students. Overall, a terrific course!

My learning experience at Vox Sprach Schule with Mr. Björn as my teacher has been extremely positive to date. Within a short timeframe, I have increased my knowledge towards new vocabulary and gained a good understanding of constructing the German grammar. As a result, I am more confident to communicate in public. Equally, I understand more of what I read and hear too. Mr. Björn is always very well prepared, organised and focused. His teaching style is methodical and presented with a lot of attention to detail. He provides me a wide range of solutions, “tips and tricks” to memorise new words, alternative words, and explains different ways on how to best apply them. He does a lot of repetition and provides a lot of examples in the class to make sure that I have thoroughly understood the syllables before moving on to the next lesson. Above all, he does extensive helpful notes which are customised and prepared simultaneously during each class. I receive these notes shortly after every class, and they help me to study at home. The atmosphere in the class is very friendly and comfortable. Although I was nervous at first, I am very relaxed with my learning experience and look forward to attend each class with much enthusiasm. Vox Sprach Schule is very well located and maintained to high standards. The administration team has been extremely helpful and flexible towards accommodating my requests in order to ensure my learning experience is productive. I sincerely appreciate, and thank Vox Sprach Schule for placing Mr. Björn as my German teacher as I gave progressed a lot under his guidance.
