Course Description
If you are ready to sit your first intermediate level exam for German, then this course is for you. This course is also perfect for those who want to gain Swiss citizenship and need to prove that they have B1-level speaking skills or for your C-permit.
In this course, you will progress from a basic to an independent user of German and you will be able to deal with most daily situations in German. Your experienced teacher will help you to improve your language skills and also develop strategies for tackling the different parts of the exam. Our classes are small (3-5 people). This small size means your teacher can adapt to you and your needs. This exam preparation course will cover all parts of the exam: reading comprehension, listening comprehension, language elements (vocabulary and grammar), writing and, naturally, VOX’s specialty, speaking, and will familiarise you with the structure of each section. By using Telc-specific exam preparation materials you will be fully prepared for the exam by the end of the course.

To achieve this, the principles of language usage on B1 level will be explained to you in a simple way using the VOX method, so that you can apply them immediately in your everyday life. We will work in a very focused and playful way on the sentence structure, declension of the nouns, declension of the adjectives, verb conjugation, Konjunktiv II, tenses and prepositions so that you can master these topics perfectly by the end of the course.

I had an excellent experience completing two intensive face-to-face courses (German B1 and B2) at this school.
