I had Elly for A1 German and she was a great teacher!

I can highly recommend VOX-Sprachschule. I however can only comment on the 1-1 online / video training sessions. We opted this route, it is more expensive (not cheap) but it works for us as our tutor fits in with our hectic work schedules. Our tutor Yvonne is very flexible with her lessons should someone from work arise and we cannot attend the lesson, rescheduling is never a problem. Everyone’s needs are different when learning a language and Yvonne has managed to tailor make the lessons for our needs. She is super knowledgeable of the language we are learning and her English is of a superb standard. The extra touch , Yvonne is teaching us German , however she also will add in some Swiss phrases which she feels would be beneficial to us. She sends all the online screenshot to us after our lesson so we can refer back to the notes of that particular lecture. She marks the given homework promptly. I’ve had a couple of enquires that I had to make with the school and always had a prompt response. Please note again , it is not cheap, but it is like most things in life , you get what you pay for. I am by no means running down any other language schools , however a big group was not what we wanted , we wanted 1-1 sessions where we could bond with our tutor and our needs have been met.

I was taking individual classes and I had good teacher during the training. More focus on practical learning vs. overkill with grammar.

Great language school with amazing teachers! I can especially recommended Sabrina and Felicity, both very professional and friendly, explain everything in a great detail, encourage to talk and help you to pronounce words correctly. The admin staff also very accommodating and helpful.

I have just finished my Second Course with VOX Language school in Winterthur and I will be coming back for more in Winter 2022. Olga is a fantastic teacher working through the course at a good pace. She makes sure everyone gets a chance to talk during the class and makes a really nice atmosphere. If you are thinking of doing a course don't hesitate just book it. I highly recommend Vox.

Switzerland is a country of service and VOX School shows exactly why. The teachers and coordinators are very professional and generally care about their students' learning experience. The smaller groups make the classes more personal, as if having a private tutor. After taking 3 courses here, I can confidently say that it was the best choice I made.

I’m about to complete my A1 German course with VOX, and I attended the semi-individual class with my partner. The registration process was incredibly quick and seamless, thanks to the excellent support from the administration. We’ve truly enjoyed our lessons and feel that we’ve made significant progress. Elly has been outstanding in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment, while skillfully adapting each session to our individual strengths and areas for improvement. The methodology, which is based on speaking, is very successful in the learning process. I took two levels of German at this School and I noticed quick progress. During this time I had 5 teachers and all of them were amazing!! their explanations were very clear and thanks to them, it was easier to improve my German.

I joined vox-sprachshule with zero Germany word, but after 2 months with Joline, I can proudly introduce myself and create some sentences in Deutsch. I will 100% recommend anyone that wants learn Deutsch to join vox-sprachshule.
