I am so happy and grateful for these two months of intensive German with Evgeniya. After only two weeks of classes, my husband who is German, told me that the improvement in my language skills was already noticeable. The personalize classes allow me to progress quickly, improving my weakest points with great patience and making the conversations friendly and interesting. I recommend Evgeniya without hesitation. Her knowledge and dedication make the classes a pleasure.

My wife and I took online private lessons at Vox. Our sole aim was to pass the B1 Goethe test in all modules. Yvonne Vogt was our teacher and she was simply brilliant! Yvonne ordered the right materials for us starting from the textbooks to exercises to model exams. She even conducted mock exams for us on the hearing and speaking modules. Both my wife and I passed all modules with high scores. Thank you Yvonne and Vox!

I highly recommend taking your German classes at VOX. And even more so I recommend requesting Alexander Lips as your teacher. Over the last year or so I've taken a few classes with Alexander (B1, B2, C1) and I've waited to make a review as I've been gate keeping his greatness. He is the best language instructor I've ever had and the most passionate. It is hard to stay motivated to study a language and it's hard to attend an evening course after work. But this isn't the case in Alexander's class. His expertise is inspiring. The course was completely tailored to our goals and our motivations. We explored poetry, books and presentations, all of which was frankly fun and enriching. We learned grammar, practiced speaking and reading, all while learning about history and art. I can also say I've read two books in German now which is super satisfying and it also gives me more to talk about to my friends in German. If anything I wish I had more time to learn and take advantage of Alexander's great instruction. Another very unique skill of Alexander's is his deep understanding of etymology and applying the skill to make words stick in your mind. He can break down words into components to then make connections to others words, languages, history, or stories. He shows the patterns to look for to do the same. There are words I'll never forget because he took the time to really give us the depth of the word. Such a talent to have! Huge thank you to VOX for such great organization and a huge thank you to Alexander for all the work and care he puts in his instruction. My experience with VOX has been overall very positive and I cannot stress enough how their format of teaching to a maximum of 4 people at a time helps students developing their linguistic skills faster: you have more time to speak, to ask questions and to interact with your co-students.
