I am very happy with my experience at VOX.The one-to-one lessons are exactly what I was looking for: a personalised course focused on conversation but also fun and interesting . My teacher Isabelle is very competent and supportive, she has helped me a lot to feel more confident in German and to enjoy speaking and learning the language :)

I think I achieved my goals by doing a course with Felicity. I learned something new about learning as well, which I can apply in every studying subject. I am American and was on vacation when I recently took a month of biweekly B1 German classes with VOX school in Zurich. It was a LOVELY experience. I enjoyed the diversity of students, and my teacher, Isabelle, Wegmuller, was absolutely exceptional. She had very original and creative ways of presenting new material and engaging the students. She has an astounding grasp of Hoch Deutsch and a vast well of knowledge about so many different things. The time past so quickly, too quickly, and I learned a lot in just a short period of time. I highly recommend this school, and Isabelle, if you can get her. Well done, VOX and Isabelle.

This is an amazing experience ☺ I participated in german B2 and now on C1 level. My teacher, Priska, is very good at understanding individual strengths and needs and adapts the lesson accordingly, no matter if in a group or private lesson context. The tempo is intense with homework in between the lessons. The upside is the great progress that you feel which comes in a short period of time. The school is so great that it makes me want to continue studying more languages once I'm happy with my German ☺

As someone with learning difficulties I find languages very difficult. I have private lessons in person and Fabian, my teacher, has helped so much in all aspects of my German. The lessons are interesting, fun and after a few years struggling to improve I have finally seen a difference. If you are looking for in person lessons I can heartily recommend

Great place to learn German. The teachers and the admin team do a great job of creating a very personalised experience. May seem expensive at first sight but you should consider that Vox do one level (A1, A2 etc.) as one course, rather than dividing a level into 3 courses as other schools do.

Super happy with this school! Every day my German is improving and it’s only been a month. Their system really works! I have already enrolled for the next course. Can’t beat the location, the classes are super small and intimate, and the pace is ideal. Grateful for my talented -and very patient- teacher, Alys 🙏🏼

VOX is not the cheapest language school in Zurich, but the quality makes it worth the price. The teachers (such as Joline) are well-qualified and kind, and the small class size and mindful composition is much appreciated.
