I've been having an A1 German class with Yelyzaveta Berezovska for the past 3 months. Elly is an amazing teacher—her methods are so effective, and she’s incredibly patient. I like how she gamifies a lot of the exercises, making learning really fun and engaging. She’s always on top of everyone’s progress and is super conscious about where we all are with our knowledge. I love how she has a great way of pushing us to flex our brain muscles by encouraging us to use what we already know to mimic real-life situations as much as possible. After every class, I genuinely feel like I am making progress.

After 13+ years in Switzerland I finally enrolled myself in super intensive German lessons A1 and chose VOX based on stellar online reviews. I can fully echo all the positive reviews as the class sizes are small and ideal for learning and the instructors (Felicity) are extremely patient and awesome. Registration is a breeze and the central location makes it easily accessible via public transportation. Looking forward to A2 and I can definitely recommend VOX to anyone who is ready to learn German!

After living about 10 years in Switzerland and having tried many different language schools, i have finally found a place to hone my German and Swiss German skills. Quite logical teaching method appeals to human brain memorization mechanisms, making language learning so natural, as it used to be with oneself's mother tongue in childhood time. I did B2 German course and I absolutely recommend it. The course with Agnieszka has been amazing! Aga's teaching style is fantastic and she always manages to make learning pleasant and fun. I definitely improved my grammar skills which was what I was hoping for. One of my favorite parts is that Aga always uses examples from real life so I could implement what I had learned in the very same evening during conversations with my friends and family. That boosts motivation a lot. Plus the more 'dramatic' expressions (such as: dieser Zug ist abgefahren, hier hört der Spass auf) make it easier to remember and are fun to use afterwards. We were often asked what we would like to do more so I can't say anything was missing. I really wouldn't know how to improve the course, it was already above my expectations :)
