The Common European Framework (CEFR) defines specific objectives for A2 level.
- Can understand sentences and frequently used expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance (e.g. very basic personal and family information, shopping, local geography, employment).
- Can communicate in simple and routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters.
- Can describe in simple terms aspects of their background, immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need.

Course Description
Our Telc Deutsch A2 preparation courses are perfect for those who already have a basic command of German (completed A1) and want to build on their knowledge in order to sit the Telc A2 exam. This course is ideal for non-EU nationals who need to show that their German skills are A2 level in order to obtain a Swiss C-permit. The Telc A2 exam is officially accepted for this purpose. In order to pass the exam, it is vital to not only have the required language skills, but also to fully familiarise yourself with the exam itself and practise.
In small groups (3-5 students), your teacher will help you improve your German skills to the appropriate level and will encourage you to speak with confidence. Your teacher will also help you to improve your accent because accurate pronunciation is a key part of smooth communication. In addition to improving your German, your experienced teacher will guide you through all parts of the exam and give you tips so you will be fully prepared. Our small groups ensure you receive enough attention and teachers are able to directly respond to your needs.

I have been struggled so much with complex grammer and vocabularies in B1 german course, but with Isabelle, especially thanks to her thorough and detailed way of teaching, it has been so much fun and very motivating! I started to learn German with an A1 course with Yelyzaveta Berezovska and I must say I really enjoy our classes, she is the best! Combined with the location, nice classrooms and well-thought learning materials, my experience could not be better. The best language school in Zürich. I took the German Goethe B1 for 1 year until September - and had success at the exams recently. Place and location superb, small group of classmates, a great teacher - Kathrine Spaar was knowledgeable, resourceful, kept us motivated and made the lessons interesting and fun(which is hard to do in German!). What made me though initially decide on this school was how open and flexible were to my special requests. I greatly appreciated that they continued to offer options and solutions to some personal issues I had during the course; every person I was in contact with was kind, responsive and eager to find a way to the best result - special kudos and thanXXX to Evgenia.
