Well done from A to Z. First of all, I was impressed by the client service provided by Aida. She was very clear, professional and tried to accomodate my requests. After the trial lesson, I can just confirm the quality and the high level of the teaching provided by Vox. I am currently following an A2 German course with Sabrina. She is really prepared and with a great deal of passion in her job - I can guarantee you that it makes a very big difference when you are learning something new. Price is a bit higher compared to other schooIs, but it is money well spent.

The lessons are very methodical and well planned. The instructor is well prepared and thorough. I learned in a very warm and supportive environment that Sophie offered to us. I am very satisfied with the course, , the instructor, the schedule and the curriculum.

I highly recommend taking your German classes at VOX. And even more so I recommend requesting Alexander Lips as your teacher. Over the last year or so I've taken a few classes with Alexander (B1, B2, C1) and I've waited to make a review as I've been gate keeping his greatness. He is the best language instructor I've ever had and the most passionate. It is hard to stay motivated to study a language and it's hard to attend an evening course after work. But this isn't the case in Alexander's class. His expertise is inspiring. The course was completely tailored to our goals and our motivations. We explored poetry, books and presentations, all of which was frankly fun and enriching. We learned grammar, practiced speaking and reading, all while learning about history and art. I can also say I've read two books in German now which is super satisfying and it also gives me more to talk about to my friends in German. If anything I wish I had more time to learn and take advantage of Alexander's great instruction. Another very unique skill of Alexander's is his deep understanding of etymology and applying the skill to make words stick in your mind. He can break down words into components to then make connections to others words, languages, history, or stories. He shows the patterns to look for to do the same. There are words I'll never forget because he took the time to really give us the depth of the word. Such a talent to have! Huge thank you to VOX for such great organization and a huge thank you to Alexander for all the work and care he puts in his instruction. So, if you've read to here you should really go register already for a course!

I took a month long intensive B1 German course at VOX and it was the best experience I have had so far in my German learning! The class was small and personalised in a very convenient location in downtown Zurich. My teacher, Suzannah Higgs, was knowledgable, engaging and truly cared about my progression. I really noticed a difference in my level of comprehension and speech by the end of the course. I couldn't recommend it enough!

Teaching to single students or small groups (max five people) allows me to adapt the lessons to their goals, maximize their progress, follow them up thoroughly and establish trustworthy, effective relationships. The focus is on speaking skills, which I consider crucial to prepare the students for contexts of real communication. The team is varied, multilingual, highly motivated and supportive: the students will always find someone that can fit with their timetable and requirements. VOX is not the cheapest language school in Zurich, but the quality makes it worth the price. The teachers (such as Joline) are well-qualified and kind, and the small class size and mindful composition is much appreciated. VOX-Sprachschule is top notch. My teacher, Alexander, is always able to answer my questions. His expertise in languages and teaching really shows. Unlike other German courses I've attended, I really enjoyed and looked forward to this one 2x per week. The lessons and homework kept me motivated. The flexibility and personalized learning objectives of the individual lessons was really worth the extra cost for me. I've signed up to take the course again. I would recommend this course to anyone that is serious about learning one of the languages they offer.
