Evening A1 German Course in Zurich Central

For my experience as student pf multiple Languages in multiple countries I find the quality of VOX really outstanding. I had 2 different teachers and they were both very very good and prepared.

After living about 10 years in Switzerland and having tried many different language schools, i have finally found a place to hone my German and Swiss German skills. Quite logical teaching method appeals to human brain memorization mechanisms, making language learning so natural, as it used to be with oneself's mother tongue in childhood time. The method is based upon academical linguistic education, as well as personal experience (bilingualism) of the school founder. Many thanks and greetings to Igor!

(Translated by Google) I really enjoy the Swiss German course with Nataly at Vox. The usual mindless memorization and working through exercises from a textbook is completely absent. Instead, the focus is on everyday use, and Nataly pays close attention to pronunciation, incorporating appropriate teaching materials and practice variations to address individual difficulties. It's a fun and engaging learning experience where I feel well supported. I'm happy to recommend the Vox language school. (Original) Der schweizerdeutsch Kurs bei Vox mit Nataly gefällt mir sehr. Das übliche stumpfe Auswendiglernen und Bearbeiten von Aufgaben nach Lehrbuch entfällt völlig. Vielmehr wird Wert auf die tägliche Anwendung gelegt und da achtet Nataly sehr auf die Aussprache und bindet je nach individuellen Schwierigkeiten entsprechende Lehrunterlagen und Übungsvarianten ein. Es ist ein Unterricht, der Spass macht und wo ich mich gut aufgehoben fühle. Gerne empfehle ich die Vox Sprachenschule weiter.

I initially selected VOX from among a handful of recommended language schools in Zurich because of its broad course offering. But I’ve stayed with VOX because of my incredible teacher, Isabelle. She took me from having absolutely zero knowledge of the German language to passing my A1 exam (which I needed as a condition of my visa to remain in Switzerland) in three months during our small group A1 course (which covered all of A1 and included supplementary test prep material). After completing this group course, I have continued taking individual lessons with Isabelle, completing A2, and am currently working through B1. I would highly recommend VOX, especially Isabelle – she is incredibly professional, has a very effective teaching method, and is patient but also knows when to push you ahead.

I had the privilege to meet my teachers Kenny and Alex and learn German in a proactive and fun way. They inspired me to continously improve my german skills and not be afraid of speaking a new language. They always accommodated with the needs of the students and really emerge us in the culture and language. I recommend VOX to anybody that wants to learn German.

I began my journey of learning German at VOX-Sprachschule Winterthur at the A2 level, and it has been an incredible experience. The school has well-structured courses and thoughtfully prepared materials that supported my learning at every step. I noticed significant progress in my skills almost immediately, which motivated me to continue with confidence and aim for the B2 level in the future. The administrative team was extremely responsive to any questions, whether communicated via telephone or email. Our teacher, Daniel Margiotta, was exceptional—humble, professional, and assertive in his teaching approach. I truly appreciate his dedication and the effort he put into making the lessons engaging and effective. I am deeply grateful for his support and would highly recommend VOX-Sprachschule to anyone looking to improve their German.

I’m about to complete my A1 German course with VOX, and I attended the semi-individual class with my partner. The registration process was incredibly quick and seamless, thanks to the excellent support from the administration. We’ve truly enjoyed our lessons and feel that we’ve made significant progress. Elly has been outstanding in creating an engaging and supportive learning environment, while skillfully adapting each session to our individual strengths and areas for improvement. We would highly recommend VOX to anyone.
