Course Description
Starting to learn a new language can be nerve-wracking, but our caring teachers will help you to overcome any fears you may have and help you to speak early and confidently in a supportive environment.
In our Telc Deutsch A1 exam preparation course you will not only learn the basics of German, but also prepare for the exam. This exam preparation course will cover all parts of the exam: reading, listening, writing and speaking, while also familiarising you with the structure of each section using materials specifically adapted to exam preparation. Your teacher will supplement the exam preparation with materials to improve your vocabulary and grammar.
At VOX, we believe that speaking is the key to learning a language well. Our small class sizes (3-5 people) enable you to get lots of speaking practice to boost your confidence and make the grammar stick. You will probably be surprised by how much you can learn to say by the end of the course. Your teacher will also pay close attention to your pronunciation to enable easier communication with German-speakers. By the end of the course you will be well prepared and feel confident about your first exam in German.

I’m very happy with VOX. I’ve completed my A2 and B1 German courses here, and I’m currently doing B2. I really like the way the classes are conducted. It’s not just about doing exercises in a book there’s a strong focus on conversation and discussing topics that interest the students. I’d especially like to mention Priska. She’s an excellent teacher who prepares all her lessons with care, always answers our questions, helps us, and teaches in the best possible way. I will definitely continue taking my courses here ☺️
Though the price is higher than many other schools, the smaller class sizes and high quality of teachers make it worth it! The course scheduling is flexible and fits my working schedule well. Each teacher is different but I have had only good experiences in my A2 and B1 courses. Teachers are happy to receive feedback to help you learn in the way that is best for you.
Vox school is in the complex well organized and offers both private lessons and small-group lessons. I liked also the possibility to attend the course online, that makes it even more flexible and gives you the possibility to attend the course from anywhere. I think that one of the advantages of the school is that the teachers are very well prepared. I am enjoying my German course with Larissa, she is very professional and she has very good teaching skills. I also appreciate that she prepares the class in advance and that she always prepare for me a summary of each lesson, that is very helpful for the learning process. I am finally learning grammar while also learning how to have some conversation apart from “Das Wetter ist gut”. I believe they have a good balance between grammar and conversation and a good pace. This was the second school I tried and I am learning a lot, but I would recommend having studied the very basics before.

Enrolled on the intensive German course and it has been great fun. Learnt a lot more quickly than I was expecting. The small class format and focus on speaking has really made a difference. The teacher Ruben has been great and is always able to explain concepts in a way that make them more understandable and helps with learning. I honestly have to say I’m truly satisfied by the course you are providing. Cristina is a highly professional teacher and she really cares about our improvements. She is always at your disposal for any request and despite the limited time available she does manage to organize the lessons in order to cover both theory and practice. In addition, I think there is a perfect balancing of homework load, always with a view to the achievements of the objectives required to prepare for the A1 exam.
