My experience with VOX has been overall very positive and I cannot stress enough how their format of teaching to a maximum of 4 people at a time helps students developing their linguistic skills faster: you have more time to speak, to ask questions and to interact with your co-students. I have just completed A1 German intensive with Ruben and I have to say, it really makes a difference when you have a teacher who is truly passionate about what they are teaching. The course felt well organised and I felt comfortable making mistakes (lots of them!) I am finally learning grammar while also learning how to have some conversation apart from “Das Wetter ist gut”. I believe they have a good balance between grammar and conversation and a good pace. This was the second school I tried and I am learning a lot, but I would recommend having studied the very basics before.
