If you are ready to sit your first intermediate level exam for German, then this course is for you. This course is also perfect for those who want to gain Swiss citizenship and need to prove that they have B1-level speaking skills or for your C-permit.
In this course, you will progress from a basic to an independent user of German and you will be able to deal with most daily situations in German. Your experienced teacher will help you to improve your language skills and also develop strategies for tackling the different parts of the exam. Our classes are small (3-5 people). This small size means your teacher can adapt to you and your needs. This exam preparation course will cover all parts of the exam: reading comprehension, listening comprehension, language elements (vocabulary and grammar), writing and, naturally, VOX’s specialty, speaking, and will familiarise you with the structure of each section. By using Telc-specific exam preparation materials you will be fully prepared for the exam by the end of the course.

I started my German language learning journey with Vox Language School as a complete beginner. I took an A1 group course with Solange, which helped me so much to get started in German and allowed me to delve into the fundamentals of German (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation). Currently, I am taking individual lessons from Tatiana, tailored to my language needs. We are working on more advanced grammar rules, vocabulary and also specific strategies to pass TELC B1 exam. Teacher Isabelle is so far the best german teacher among all the ones I've ever met! I have been struggled so much with complex grammer and vocabularies in B1 german course, but with Isabelle, especially thanks to her thorough and detailed way of teaching, it has been so much fun and very motivating! I attended a three-month-long B2 English course and can definitely recommend it. The small class sizes were great—we had a class of just four people, and everyone had different strengths and weaknesses. With such small classes, our teacher, Mariia Fedorova, was able to assign tasks individually, making the learning process much more efficient. Overall, I highly recommend both the school and Mariia Fedorova as a teacher.
