I have been going to vox from A2 High German to C1. After this course it was important for me to integrate more into the Swiss German language. I started taking private courses in swiss German and after a couple months I am starting to speak and type in swiss German to my colleagues at work which has brought about a positive impact in all of our relationships. My initial goal, even in A2, was to integrate better into swiss culture and I feel much more accepted when I try to speak swiss German even when it's not perfect. The language is not easy, but I have really enjoyed learning and practicing with my colleagues and friends. With the private tutor I am able to be very flexible with my schedule. If I have business trips we skip a week, or we can move days around as required. So overall I have had a very great and positive experience at Vox and have already recommended to 4 of my friends who are also expats to take the same courses.

I'm really happy with VOX and Larissa, the lessons are engaging and fun, a lot of speaking practice and grammar. But the most important thing is they care about your experience. Definitely recommending.

I've had the opportunity to learn German A2 at Vox from May until August. My teacher Frau Jefremova was amazing, always punctual, well-prepared, and encouraged asking questions. It was a fun learning experience, done in an absolutely professional yet friendly and respectful environment. The focus on spoken part of language during the lessons actually took away the fear of speaking in public. Rest of the staff at school were also always willing to help and guide in matters of communication and information. Would definitely consider continuing further learning at Vox.

I was taking a C2 English course at the VOX language school to prepare for a Toefl exam. The school is located in the heart of the city right on Central square. After my request for a C2 level course, I was quickly given a recommendation about who would be the best teacher for me. I was being introduced to Tatiana who is a great teacher and she helped me out in any way I needed her. I didn’t have much time for my exam preparation, but Tatiana made sure we covered everything for the exam just in time. All in all, I would highly recommend studying at VOX language school and would definitely join again if I wanted to improve or learn another language!

I've been having an A1 German class with Yelyzaveta Berezovska for the past 3 months. Elly is an amazing teacher—her methods are so effective, and she’s incredibly patient. I like how she gamifies a lot of the exercises, making learning really fun and engaging. She’s always on top of everyone’s progress and is super conscious about where we all are with our knowledge. I love how she has a great way of pushing us to flex our brain muscles by encouraging us to use what we already know to mimic real-life situations as much as possible. After every class, I genuinely feel like I am making progress.
