More over, I had a free trial lesson with Camille, who is an increadibly competent teacher, ( being a teacher in high school I can really say a word) and in one hour I discovered new vocabulary, practised listening and speaking in french and she shared material so I can repeat at home. Great team delivering high quality courses. Not that expensive for what you get in comparison of cheaper (I prefer to invest for result instead of lowering my goals for few $). I started from A1 speaking no german at all and now I'm able to speak and understand a lot. I always had 4 to 5 people in each group which is perfect to stimulate motivation and engage people. Each professor teaches well with different flavor, which enriches dramatically the learning process. I will keep going until C2 with no doubt (unless the vicissitudes of the life decide to not to). UPDATE: Booked individual lesson with Ruben in VOX Zurich to strengthen my B1 level. Enjoyed the learning process tailor made to my needs. I had blazing fast progress and I fell now confident to speak German with German speaking people. Thanks Ruben :) UPDATE (01.2024): still very good as before. I would just recommend to avoid too much online courses when booking on-site courses because having half of the people online during the course impacts significantly the experience and quality.

I have a very good experience with VOX Language School. They work in small groups, have an individual approach and competent teachers.

I did the online B1 course. I liked the materials and the process but the course is quite intensive (3 times/week by 1.5h) so it needs a lot of studying as well. I would highly recommend it.

I’ve had a great experience with my online German lessons, largely thanks to my teacher, Sara. In addition to being multilingual, she has a very well-structured approach to teaching that makes each lesson clear and effective. She skillfully draws associations with other languages to ensure new concepts are easy to understand. The pace of the lessons is well balanced, and the homework is always relevant and helpful for reinforcing what we’ve covered. As I’m coming to the end of my current lesson package, I’ve already purchased another one, which says a lot about the quality of the teaching. This is the third time I’ve started learning German, and I genuinely feel that I’ve now found the right school and the right teacher to stay motivated, especially given how challenging the language can be. Sara is patient, insightful, and tech-savvy, and her notes are exceptionally neat and easy to follow, making revision straightforward. I highly recommend both VOX-Sprachschule and Sara to anyone looking to learn German.

I learnt Russian with Vox-Sprachschule. Currently I learn German and Arabic with them. They have very professional teachers, and individual flexible approach to students. I'd especially like to recommend Mr Botchkarev as a teacher to people who think they are bad at learning languages. Mr. Botchkarev will not only teach you the language, but also will learn you how to learn languages.

My experience with VOX has been overall very positive and I cannot stress enough how their format of teaching to a maximum of 4 people at a time helps students developing their linguistic skills faster: you have more time to speak, to ask questions and to interact with your co-students. Isabelle has been a fantastic teacher. I attended A1 and A2 German courses with her. She was always ready to help whenever I needed assistance and answered my questions super quickly every time.
