I've been having an A1 German class with Yelyzaveta Berezovska for the past 3 months. Elly is an amazing teacher—her methods are so effective, and she’s incredibly patient. I like how she gamifies a lot of the exercises, making learning really fun and engaging. She’s always on top of everyone’s progress and is super conscious about where we all are with our knowledge. I love how she has a great way of pushing us to flex our brain muscles by encouraging us to use what we already know to mimic real-life situations as much as possible. After every class, I genuinely feel like I am making progress.

I have loved everything about this Sprachschule, from the structure, to the teacher, to the administration. They are very quick at responding, very kind, and efficient. I have been in contact with different staff members, Ekaterina and Maria, and they have both been amazing. The classes at Vox are absolutely amazing and a true delight. Even though I am learning online, the sessions are so interactive and fun that staying focused is easy.. I'm currently at an A2 level in German and I couldn't be happier with my progress. Anna is an incredible teacher, she is not only friendly but also brings so much energy and warmth to each class. Her lessons are always well-prepared and packed with engaging, varied exercises.
It is the best price you can get a German course in Switzerland.
The school has a very interesting system to teach! And the teacher Lisa follows the method very well and is an excellent teacher! She was the only one among 4 schools that I went to that finally managed to unlock me in German 💓
VOX is not the cheapest language school in Zurich, but the quality makes it worth the price. The teachers (such as Joline) are well-qualified and kind, and the small class size and mindful composition is much appreciated. Their administration has also been swiftly responsive to any scheduling or other issues raised.
Nathalie Nüssli is a wonderful teacher and we were very fortunate to have a great group. I learnt so much more than I would have on my own.
I initially selected VOX from among a handful of recommended language schools in Zurich because of its broad course offering. But I’ve stayed with VOX because of my incredible teacher, Isabelle. She took me from having absolutely zero knowledge of the German language to passing my A1 exam (which I needed as a condition of my visa to remain in Switzerland) in three months during our small group A1 course (which covered all of A1 and included supplementary test prep material). After completing this group course, I have continued taking individual lessons with Isabelle, completing A2, and am currently working through B1. I would highly recommend VOX, especially Isabelle – she is incredibly professional, has a very effective teaching method, and is patient but also knows when to push you ahead.
The course is going very well, Olga is a great teacher. I'm generally quite happy with the online option, although I prefer face to face. Olga adapts to my needs, corrects my errors spotting. She does her job well and I am making progress.
