I have had great experiences with Vox. I have taken the A1 and A2 courses. Both instructors have been thorough and practiced excellent pedagogical techniques. I highly recommend this language school.

Though the price is higher than many other schools, the smaller class sizes and high quality of teachers make it worth it! The course scheduling is flexible and fits my working schedule well. Each teacher is different but I have had only good experiences in my A2 and B1 courses. Teachers are happy to receive feedback to help you learn in the way that is best for you.

I had the chance to try two different German schools in Zurich, each with its own pricing and approach. Although both were good in their respective segments, I found Vox especially impressive for its pleasant learning environment and excellent facilities. From the start, I was supported by Maria, who made my onboarding smooth and welcoming. Later, I had the privilege of learning with Professor Alexander, who truly goes above and beyond for his students. He makes learning fun and engaging, adapting his methods to ensure everyone understands. What really stood out to me about this school is that you genuinely feel they care about their students and are not just running a business. For example, there were times I couldn’t attend class, and Alexander kindly offered one-on-one sessions to help me keep up with my classmates. Progressing from the B1 to B2 level in German is one of the most challenging steps. VOX was receptive to our class's feedback and made the necessary changes to our course. Additionally, our teacher, Andersen, was very patient and deeply committed to our language learning success. My experience with VOX has been overall very positive and I cannot stress enough how their format of teaching to a maximum of 4 people at a time helps students developing their linguistic skills faster: you have more time to speak, to ask questions and to interact with your co-students. Isabelle has been a fantastic teacher. I attended A1 and A2 German courses with her. She was always ready to help whenever I needed assistance and answered my questions super quickly every time.
