I have loved everything about this Sprachschule, from the structure, to the teacher, to the administration. They are very quick at responding, very kind, and efficient. I have been in contact with different staff members, Ekaterina and Maria, and they have both been amazing. In addition, my teacher Yvonne is always energetic and helpful, encouraging us to speak and listening with so much patience. I am so happy to be continuing with them and would recommend it to anyone. I do feel like my German is already so much better.

I initially selected VOX from among a handful of recommended language schools in Zurich because of its broad course offering. But I’ve stayed with VOX because of my incredible teacher, Isabelle. She took me from having absolutely zero knowledge of the German language to passing my A1 exam (which I needed as a condition of my visa to remain in Switzerland) in three months during our small group A1 course (which covered all of A1 and included supplementary test prep material). After completing this group course, I have continued taking individual lessons with Isabelle, completing A2, and am currently working through B1. I would highly recommend VOX, especially Isabelle – she is incredibly professional, has a very effective teaching method, and is patient but also knows when to push you ahead.

After 13+ years in Switzerland I finally enrolled myself in super intensive German lessons A1 and chose VOX based on stellar online reviews. I can fully echo all the positive reviews as the class sizes are small and ideal for learning and the instructors (Felicity) are extremely patient and awesome. Registration is a breeze and the central location makes it easily accessible via public transportation. Looking forward to A2 and I can definitely recommend VOX to anyone who is ready to learn German!

Yana is an incredible teacher, she is really encouraging and patient and my German has improved more than I ever could have hoped! I decided to join VOX-Sprachschule because of the positive Google reviews and word-of-mouth recommendations, and I was not disappointed. I have previously studied in multiple other schools in Zürich, but this experience was by far the best. The school is worth the investment. I took a C1 course three times a week for two hours each session over the span of two months. I particularly appreciated the small class sizes, which allowed each of us to receive more individual attention and ample opportunity to ask questions. My teacher was Björn, whom I had previously encountered at another school, and I was very pleased to learn that he had joined VOX-Sprachschule and would be our instructor. In my opinion, Björn is an excellent and highly professional teacher. He is the best German teacher I have ever had! His teaching techniques are unique and easy to understand, and he is very tech-savvy. He also shared valuable insights on how to master the C1 test, having previously been involved in evaluating the test himself.

Really excellent. My teacher Ruben is very dedicated to classes, very competent and willing to teach. I certainly know more than I could ever imagine learning. there is a lot of conversation during class and the number of students helps to make the environment more relaxed for learning.
